THE ART OF INGREDIENTS
Each dish prepared in the MU fish kitchen is the product of carefully selected ingredients. The catch on the menu is chosen on the basis of painstaking research into the best fish and shellfish available at any given time from the sea, in constant collaboration with local fishermen.
Our cards are available in two values: €130 and €180. There is no expiry date, and they can be used any day of the week at either restaurant, with the exception of Friday and Saturday evenings.
